Terms of return:

• The return of a new product can be carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The return of used goods is possible within 5 days from the date of purchase.
• Technical liquids (oils, antifreeze, auto chemicals) are not subject to return and exchange.
• Parts and body parts cut to your size (cut–off parts) are not subject to return and exchange.
• Technically complex goods, electronic equipment requiring programming by means of intervention with special diagnostic equipment – are not subject to return and exchange.
• Discounted goods with signs of mechanical damage are not subject to return and exchange

The return of the goods is carried out in the department where it was purchased and if the following conditions are met:

• compliance with the return period;
• preservation of the appearance of the goods and packaging;
• preservation of protective seals;
• saving the marking;
• preservation of completeness;

If the goods were paid in cash at the store, the money is paid from the store's cash register within up to 10 days, on the basis of a written application from the buyer indicating the surname, first name, patronymic and only upon presentation of an identity document (passport or a document replacing it).

If the goods were paid with a bank card, the refund for goods or services paid with a bank card is made only to the card of the customer who paid for the goods and is carried out within up to 30 days.
